Serial number of entire integrated machine. Normally set once when recorder is
integrated and not changed thereafter. This serial number will be stored in any
NVS backup file, thus helping to identify the file's source. If an MPE is
replaced, the new serial number should get automatically updated when NVS is
restored to the new board.
